| Text only available in German: Das B&T USW-G17 Chassis ist aus eloxiertem Aluminium (Chassis) und Polymer (Klappschaft oder Klappschäftchen) hergestellt und fasst in der Ausführung USW-G17 normale breite Glocks mit Frontschiene. Das heisst, es passen 9mm, .40 S&W und .357 SIG Glocks mit doppelreihigem Magazin der Generation 3 bis 5 in das B&T USW-G17. Da die Schlittenoberseite nicht verdeckt wird, können auch Glocks mit eingebautem Kompensator (z.B. Glock 17C, Glock 23C, etc.) uneingeschränkt genutzt werden. Der Einbau gestaltet sich relativ einfach, die Original Glock Abdeckplatte hinten am Schlitten (Slide Plate, Cover Plate) muss entfernt und gegen die mitgelieferte Abdeckplatte (mit Oese für den Ladehebel) ersetzt werden. Danach wird das Griffstück in das B&T USW-G17 eingesetzt, der Schlitten aufgeschoben und der Durchladehebel eingesteckt. Fertig. Die Kombination aus Glock und B&T USW-G17 ist im Gegensatz zu anderen Systemen wie CAA Roni (normal, Micro, etc.), Hera Triarii etc. sehr kompakt, gilt aber vermutlicherweise trotzdem als Handfeuerwaffe. Der B&T USW-G17 macht einen sehr hochwertigen Eindruck. Auf der Oberseite kann eine MOS Zielhilfe oder eine Picatinny Schiene montiert werden; vorne unten befindet sich nachwievor eine Picatinny Schiene (z.B. für eine Lampe). Auch bei montierter Optik kann die normale Glockvisierung als Behelfsvisier weiter genutzt werden, was besonders vorteilhaft ist.
