Messerschärfer Smith's 3 in 1 Sharpening SystemDas 3-in-1 Schärfsystem von Smith´s ist ein echtes Multitalent. Drei grundverschiedene Schärfeinheiten in diesem Gerät bieten für jeden Zweck die richtige Kombination. Zum schnellen Erzielen der Grundschärfe bei sehr stumpfen Messern dient der Carbideinsatz, der die Schneide wieder in Form bringt. Anschließend nimmt man mit den V-förmigen Ceramicstäben (extrafeine 1000er Körnung) den Feinabzug vor. Der vorgegebene Winkel garantiert hervorragende Resultate. Die Ceramicstäbe bieten durch den tropfenförmigen Querschnitt eine Rundung für glatte Schneiden und eine Kante für Wellenschliffe. Zusätzlich gibt es den integrierten Diamant-Bankstein (LxB 10×2,5cm) mit 750er Körnung für alle möglichen Schärfaufgaben. Die Ceramicstäbe lassen sich in der Basis des Gerätes verstauen.
