Unter Ausnutzung modernster Technologien entstand so eine Pistole, welche die Grenzen des IPSC-Sportschießens weiter nach vorn verschiebt. Mit über 1.300 g ist die Shadow 2 angenehm schwer, der Rückstoß effektiv gemindert. Die Bedienung ist auch nach mehreren hundert Schuss insbesondere durch den feinen Abzug beeindruckend.
