BeschreibungDie Norinco JW-15 ist ein preiswertes Repetiergewehr im Kaliber .22 LR. Hergestellt vom chinesischen Staatskonzern Norinco, ist sie vor allem für ihr exzellentes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis geschätzt. Sie gilt als direkter Nachbau der klassischen Brno Model 2 (dem Vorläufer der bekannten CZ 452). Aufgrund der historischen Lizenz- und Konstruktionsverwandtschaft sind viele Teile - darunter auch die Magazine und Abzugsteile - mit den alten Brno-Gewehren austauschbar. Die JW-15 wird seit Jahrzehnten in verschiedenen Konfigurationen produziert:
Diese Kleinkaliber-Repetierer wurden in China gefertigt und in den 1980er- und frühen 1990er-Jahren in grossen Mengen von der Firma Century International Arms (oft gestempelt mit "CAI ST ALB VT" für St. Albans, Vermont) in die USA importiert. Von dort aus gelangten viele dieser günstigen Gewehre über den internationalen Waffenhandel auch nach Europa und in die Schweiz.
