Das Zastava M76 ist ein von Zastava Arms im ehemaligen Jugoslawien entwickeltes Präzisionsgewehr für Scharfschützen. Es wurde Mitte der 1970er-Jahre eingeführt und in den 1990er-Jahren weiterentwickelt. Es ist mechanisch vom Kalaschnikow-System inspiriert, weist jedoch grössere Abmessungen auf und ist speziell für halbautomatisches Feuer mit Zielfernrohr konzipiert. Die 1995 produzierte Variante im Kaliber 8×57 IS spiegelt Zastavas Engagement wider, bewährte Systeme mit traditionellen Vollleistungspatronen zu kombinieren. Das Gewehr verfügt über ein gefrästes Stahlgehäuse, einen kaltgehämmerten Lauf und ein einstellbares Gassystem für zuverlässige Präzision und gleichmässigen Lauf. Der lange, ventilierte Handschutz und die integrierte Seitenschiene ermöglichen Dauerfeuer mit optischer Visierung, während der feste Holzschaft und die Gummischaftkappe eine stabile Schiessplattform bieten. Das für seine ausgewogene Kombination aus Robustheit und Präzision bekannte M76 wurde von Militär- und Polizeieinheiten auf dem Balkan und darüber hinaus eingesetzt. Es ist für die klassische 8×57 IS-Patrone ausgelegt und bietet eine hervorragende ballistische Leistung sowie einen Hauch von Tradition, was spätere Exemplare wie dieses Gewehr von 1995 bei Sammlern und Schützen, die die Handwerkskunst aus der Zeit des Kalten Krieges zu schätzen wissen, äusserst begehrt macht. |
