Wir fügen dann eine hochwertige Schutzplatine (PCB/BMS) zusammen mit dem Knopf/Nippel-Oberteil in einer ISO 9001-zertifizierten Fabrik hinzu, die alle Sicherheitsstandards erfüllt. Der Deckel wird mit einer schwarzen Folie umwickelt, um ihn zusammenzuhalten. Diese werden mit einer sehr hochwertigen Leiterplatte hergestellt, die einen japanischen Ricoh-Schutz-IC für 18A Hochstromabschaltung enthält (die meisten Leiterplatten sind nicht in der Lage, so viel Strom zu verarbeiten). Diese Schutzschaltung schützt die Batterie vor falscher Handhabung, Überladung oder Überentladung, während die Batterie ihre Aufgabe ordnungsgemäß erfüllen kann.
