It has some patina on the receiver with traces of blue finish, along with traces of caseharding on the lever. Original dust cover. The wood is in good condition The buttplate is a trap door . It is fine mechanically. Factory letter states that it was shipped from Winchester factory on March 6, 1888, s/n 2581xxB |
