| 44 WCF; 90% blue, very good bore, very good stock, 20'' barrel, Manufactured in 1914, barrel and full length magazine tube has browned, fixed post front sight, folding rear ladder sight. Marked over the left side of the barrel with the Winchester address and 1884 patent date in 2-lines. Caliber marking over left side of the barrels chamber. Marked on the upper tang in 3-lines, MODEL 1892, -WINCHESTER-, TRADE MARK REG. IN U.S. PAT. OFF. Oval proofs on top of barrel chamber and frame. The walnut stock has expected mild nicks, dings and scratches, front of forend has a 2-inch fine crack. Bore is bright with a couple pits., s/n 7583xx |
