| 38 WCF; good bore, good stock, 24'' barrel, Made in 1905. Worn original blue finish and plain walnut stock. Round barrel with full magazine and crescent butt. Beaded fixed front sight is a replacement. Rear barrel sight removed with block installed. Upper tang fitted with a aperture sight marked with patent dates only. Barrel stamped on top with Winchester address and patent date 1884 in two lines. The metal finish has turned mostly spotty gray patina. The stock has a couple small chips behind the upper tang and a small crack on the right side behind the frame with a small spots of wood filler on each side of the wrist. Mechanically fine.
