| 22 LONG RIFLE; 85% blue, good bore, good stock, 26.25'' barrel, Martini style falling block. Blued finish, plain walnut stock with straight grip. Heavy profile barrel with fixed front sight, Parker Hale foresight shade attached. Parker Hale #25 rear aperture sight. Stamped on top of its base with a number 729118. Serrated aluminum buttplate with spacer. Stamped on top of the barrel "VICKERS (CRAYFORD) LTD ENGLAND" and "1929 SPECIAL". Vintage khaki web 2" wide sling with leather tabs. Metal finish has light rust spotting, a bit heavier on the trigger guard bow. The action functions fine. Wood shows age and some handling with a non-matching number stamped on the bottom of the grip "10487". Import marked., s/n V393xx |
