| 22 LR; very good bore, fair stock, 20'' barrel, Marked on the left side of the frame "MODEL 6" over the serial number and "REMINGTON ARMS CO. INC. REMINGTON/ILION WORKS. ILION N.Y. MADE IN U.S.A.". The original blue metal finish has turned an even brown patina with surface rusting overall. The markings remain clear and legible. The original walnut stock has minor dings and scuffs. The stock is cracked and chipped behind the frame, with an old attempt to repair using a thru bolt and the stock is loose. A small screw is missing on the trigger guard tang. The hammer will not hold fully to the rear. Needs work., s/n 4352xx |
