| 12 Gauge; 75% blue, fair bore, fair stock, 29 3/8'' barrel, Manufactured in 1899. Grade A. Original blue finish barrels, casehardened frame, mounted in checkered walnut. Steel barrels, 2 5/8 inch chambers with both chokes gauging Modified, the barrels shortened to length. Matted solid rib with bead front sight. Boxlock action, automatic ejectors, double triggers, push button forearm release, round knob grip stock, 14 inch LOP with replacement plastic buttplate. Used, showing wear and handling. The stock has a crack on the right side running from the frame back and up to the end of the upper tang. A bolt has been run thru the flats behind the frame to stabilze, seems to be a solid repair. The heel of the butt has a repair to a large section. Sling swivels have been added. Mechanically, the actions function fine and barrel lock up is good. The ejectors are not funcitioning and will need attention. C&R/FFL, s/n 1124xx |
