| 9mm Luger; 94% blue, 75% straw, very good bore, very good grips, 4'' barrel, Manufactured by Mauser using DWM parts, with original blue finish, strawed small parts and checkered walnut grips. Stamped on top of the toggle with the DWM logo, the chamber is blank. The right side of the receiver is stamped with a Weimar eagle, an eagle/WaA66 and an eagle/H proof. A Weimar eagle proof appears on the right side of the barrel and a crown/N proof is stamped on the left side of the breechbolt. The front grip strap is Police unit marked L.P.Th.589. (Landespolizei Thuringia). The numbered parts are all matching including both magazines. The grips are not numbered. The Police sear safety is installed over the sideplate. The frame is modified for the Police trigger safety as well, which has been removed, common due to malfunction. Condition: The metal finish shows sharp edge and some high point holstering wear. The grips show light wear to the points on the checkering and a few minor handling marks. Mechanically fine, the bore has shine and strong rifling, showing minor frost in the grooves. Rig, includes a Police holster which is in very good original condition showing some minor surface leather cracking and scuffing. The holster is maker marked H.HARMS/BERLIN/1933 over the Police proof. C&R/FFL, s/n 71xxm, Catalog Number M-170 |
