| 9X19 MM; 95% blue, good bore, good grips, 4'' barrel, Blued finish with touched up areas, non-original checkered black plastic grips. Matching serial numbers. 42 code stamped on top of center toggle. 1940 date stamped over the chamber. Proofs have been scrubbed from the right side of the receiver. Illegible marking on the left side of the receiver. The serial number without suffix has been engraved on the left side short frame rail. Original fxo code eagle/37 proofed blued extruded magazine with pinned black plastic base. The metal finish shows wear on the sideplate and on the right side frame rail. Thin finish on the center toggle. Mechanically fine, the bore has strong rifling showing light corrosion in the grooves. No import marks found.
