| 9mm Luger; 96% blue, 80% straw, very good bore, very good grips, 4'' barrel, Original blue finish, strawed small parts and matching number checkered walnut grips. Matching except for the proper Erfurt proofed magazine which is numbered 9714g/+. The small parts have the small Erfurt proof including the grip screws. Tegh fring pin is not numbered and does have the Erfurt proof. Stamped on top of the toggle with the crown/Erfurt mark and on top of the chamber with the date 1918. The right side of the receiver is stamped with Imperial and Erfurt proofs and a military acceptance mark. Other military acceptance marks appear on the right side of the barrel and left side of the breechbolt. The metal finish shows edge and some high point holstering wear. There is some slight thinning and light handling marks on the grip straps. The grips show light handling with sharp checkering. Mechanically fine, the bore has strong rifling showing some light frost in the grooves. C&R/FFL, s/n 38xxs, Catalog Number E-38 |
