| Description: |
| 9mm Luger; 50% blue, 50% straw, good bore, good grips, 4'' barrel, Original blue finish, strawed small parts and matching number checkered beechwood grips. Police rework with Simson e/6 proofed un-numbered barrel with a PTV/eagle proof on the right side. Police sear safety installed with the frame modifed for the trigger safety which has been removed. Matching, except for the Simson barrel, including the magazine which has a Police E/L proof on the aluminum base. The gun retains the original Imperial and military acceptance marks, the top of the toggle is stamped with the DWM logo and the top of the chamber is stamped with the date 1917. There is what appears to be a Simson eagle/6 proof on top of the rear toggle. The metal finish shows wear and it appears the finish has been removed from the rails, sideplate and left side frame. The grips show wear and handling as well and the left panel has a chip missing under the safety lever. Mechanically fine, the bore has strong rifling showing frost in the grooves.
