THESE WERE AN UPGRADED VERSION OF MAUSERS POPULAR Ms340B WITH A HIGHER GRADE CHECKERED WALNUT STOCK AND A GROOVED BARREL SO YOU CAN ADJUST THE EYE RELIEF OF THE REAR SIGHT. THE BLUING HAS LIGHT DULLING ALONG WITH FRECKLING ON THE BARREL. THE BORE IS BRIGHT WITH VERY GOOD RIFLING. THE CHECKERED WALNUT STOCK IS NICELY GRAINED SHOWING NUMOEROUS VERY LIGHT DINGS AND HANDLING MARKS. THE RIGHT BUTT BEARS A SHARP MAUSER CARTOUCHE., s/n 1647xx |
