| 30-40 Krag; 75% blue, fair bore, good stock, 30'' barrel, 1896 dated inspector cartouche on the left stock. Blued finish mixing with patina. Trap in buttplate for cleaning equipment. Proper ladder rear sight. Inspector cartouche is a bit light, strong script circle P firing proof on the bottom of the wrist. Handguard has a tight 1" crack on the top rear edge. Bore shows wear to the rifling and is frosted. Antique., s/n 629xx |
