| 12 Gauge; 50% blue, very good bore, good stock, 29.25'' barrel, Pre-war manufacture with blued steel barrels, casehardened sidelock action and mounted in checkered walnut. Matching serial numbers on the barrels, frame and forearm. Marked on top of both barrels and on both lockplates "J.P. SAUER & SOHN, SUHL". 2 1/2 inch chambers with Full and Modified chokes. Features double triggers, extractors, tang mounted safety, sling swivels, latch release forearm, rounded grip stock with cheekrest and fine floral and border line engraving on the action and lockplates. The barrels finish shows wear and thinning to blue/patina mix with areas of shallow pitting. The barrels have had a coart of varnish applied now wearing off. The frame and lockplates have only traces of case colors with spotting overall. The wood has minor dings and shows wear to an applied coat of varnish as well.
