| 8mm Mauser; 80% blue, very good bore, good stock, 19.5'' barrel, Manufactured in 1944. Small ring Mauser "strengthened" action without thumb recess on left side of receiver. Original blue finish, checkered beechwood stock. The barrel has been shortened to length and the muzzle threaded. No front sight, rear sight blade removed. The top of the reart sight base and receiver ring have been drilled and tapped and a Weaver #70 scope base installed. Bolt knob has a slip on rubber ball added. Used, showing some wear and handling. Small chip at the toe of the buttplate. Mechanically fine. C&R/FFL, s/n 489xx |
