| 9x19mm; very good+ bore, fair grips, 4 5/8'' barrel, Nazi proofed 640(b) Hi Power pistol, evidently assembled from unfinished and/or reject parts, shortly before or just after the nazi's left the FN factory in early September 1944. Notice the lower edges at the front of the frame have not been fully machined. Black paint finish over unfinished metal. Checkered walnut red backed grips. Visible nazi eagle/140 proofs on the left side of the slide and end of the slide. Matching serial numbers on the slide and frame. Nazi proofed but non-matching barrel. The magazine is rough finished late war variation without proofs, with split tail base. Applied paint finish is worn, right grip has a sliver of wood missing at the upper front edge. Mechanically fine. Import marked., s/n 1816xx |
