| Ultra rare in any condition, an experimetal bayonet manufactured for use on the K98k Mauser rifles. These very low production bayonets were made and issued mainly to more elite units at trials level. 6.25 inch blade, marked on the ricasso with the code "cof" and an eagleWaA519 proof. Stamped steel multi piece grip with bakelite handles. Catch functions fine. Multi-tool stored in the bottom of the handle. The kit has the screw driver blade broken at the base, the bottle opener tool is marked "ltk". This example has used, the right handle is chipped at the front bottom corner and the blade has been heavily sharpened with file and stone markings over all. Original composite scabbard in good condition, with traces of a silver paint on the belt clip. In well used condition however a very rare German WW2 era bayonet., |
