| 45 Cal; 94% blue, excellent bore, good grips, 5.5'' barrel, RCMP issue, stamped on the butt of the grip frame M. and P. flanking thre lanyard ring. Stamped on the backstrap "NO 2482". Manufactured in 1939. Original blued finish and checkered walnut grips with silver Colt medallions. Stamped on top of the barrel with the Colt's address and patent dates 1884, 1905 and 1926 in two lines. Left side of the barrel marked "NEW SERVICE 45 COLT", with the Rampant Colt logo on the left side frame plate. Metal finish shows some edge and handling wear, scattered minor surface spots. Mechanically fine with a bright clean bore. Import marked., s/n 3476xx |
