| 45 ACP; 98% blue, excellent bore, good grips, 5.5'' barrel, U.S. WW1 issue, original brushed blued finish and plain walnut grips. Marked on top of the barrel with the Colt's address and patent dates in two lines. Left side upper rear corner of frame stamped with an Eagleshead/S15 proof. Marked on the butt of the grip frame "U.S./ARMY/MODEL/1917". Overall excellent metal with several small dings low on the grip backstrap. Grips are worn. Mechanically fine. C&R/FFL, s/n 1343xx |
