| 38 COLT; good bore, good grips, 3.5'' barrel, Manufactured in 1878. Restored nickel finish with original checkered hard rubber grips. Matching serial numbers. Marking are mostly legible, the top of the barrel is stamped with the Colt's two line address. Patent dates and Rampant Colt on the left side of the frame are faint.. The backstrap is engraved "Metropolitan Police Dept. D.C.". Mechanics are good, bore is frosted. Antique., s/n 126xx |
