| 32 Rimfire; 50% blue, fair bore, good grips, 3'' barrel, Manufactured in Brooklyn, N.Y., by the Brooklyn Arms Company, the Slocum revolver was a unique design with individual cylinder chamber sections in the form of sliding tubes. The rimfire .32-caliber Slocum was a popular Civil War-era choice for personal protection. The frame of the revolver is made of brass, the barrel, drum and parts of the trigger mechanism of steel. The grips are rosewood and in very good condition. The barrel and the cylinder, have considerable thinning, but have no patina., |
