| 303 British; 80% blue, very good bore, very good stock, Right side of wrist strap is marked, Crown / F.R. / 1901 / L.E. / I*. Receiver barrel is marked with s/n. barrel hex is marked, E. left wrist strap has a large, *. THE Volley Sight is intact. The walnut forend, buttstock, and correct early handguards have an excellent dark added military oil finish over scattered minor handling marks and small surface blemishes throughout. Brass buttplate is marked with a large, *. The bore is a bright gray with mild corrosion in grooves. A rare and very nice piece to add to your collection., s/n 30 1/4 |
