Les modèles commerciaux du temps de guerre se situent dans la gamme 290000-440000. Levier d'armement à un numéro différent, Tous les autres numéros correspondent. Épreuve de la couronne "U" sur le côté gauche de la boîte de culasse et sur le dessus de la poignée de charge. La mention "WAFFENFABRIK MAUSER OBERNDORF/N" figure sur le dessus de la chambre et la mention "WAFFENFABRIK MAUSER OBERNDORF A.NECKAR" sur le côté droit, à l'arrière de l'action. Caractéristiques particulières : C'est le modèle qui réunit les caractéristiques le plus avancé qui ont pu être montées sur les dernières séries du C 96. Petit chien à anneau, le chien doit être ramené au-delà de la position armée pour engager la sécurité. La mention NS (Neues Sicherung ou Nouvelle Sécurité) figure à l'arrière du chien. Culasse plus lourde et ressort récupérateur renforcé. Percuteur à 2 tenons. Chargeur intégral de dix cartouches alimenté par un clip. Special features: This is the model with the most advanced features ever fitted to the latest C 96 series. A small ring hammer, the hammer must be brought beyond the cocked position to engage the safety. The word NS (Neues Sicherung or New Safety) appears on the rear of the hammer.
