Die CZ 28 ist eine kompakte Selbstladepistole aus der Tschechoslowakei im Kaliber 9 mm kurz (9x17 mm). Das Modell gehört zu den weniger häufig anzutreffenden CZ-Pistolen und ist heute insbesondere für Sammler historischer tschechoslowakischer Kurzwaffen interessant. Die Pistole besitzt eine klassische Ganzstahlkonstruktion und arbeitet als unverriegelter Rückstosslader. Durch ihre kompakte Bauweise und das einreihige Magazin ist sie als handliche Gebrauchspistole ausgelegt.
