Die 8x68S vergrößert dank ihrer hohen Rasanz vor allem die Einsatzweite. Eine erstklassige Patrone für alles Gebirgswild bis hin zu Argali oder Wapiti. Aber auch in den Savannen Afrikas ist sie bei der âPlains-Game-Jagdâ ideal. Sie ist für starkes Schalenwild mit Geschossen zwischen 11,7 und 14,5 Gramm weltweit universell einsetzbar. Die Wirkung der 8x68S ist in der Regel etwas besser als bei den .30er Magnumpatronen. Sie ist eine hochpräzise Patrone, die sich auf Grund ihrer hohen Rasanz bestens für weite Distanzen eignet.
