| Magnifique couteau de collection et d'usage, issu de la reconversion artisanale d'une authentique baïonnette américaine M1917 de la Première Guerre mondiale. Il s'agit d'un superbe travail d'armurier / mécanicien (réalisé au XX? siècle) visant à transformer la longue lame militaire en un poignard / dague de camp parfaitement équilibré et ergonomique. 1. La Transformation Artisanale (Mise en valeur) : Garde et pommeau sur-mesure en laiton massif : La bague d'accroche militaire d'origine et le bouton de verrouillage rigide (qui faisaient mal à la main) ont été remplacés par une imposante garde double en laiton et un pommeau galbé en laiton. Ergonomie et Équilibre : Le poids du laiton au talon rééquilibre parfaitement la longue lame et offre une prise en main très sûre et confortable. Montage ultra-solide : Structure pleine soie (la soie d'origine traverse tout le manche). Les plaquettes en noyer d'origine avec leurs stries de préhension sont conservées. Les marquages réglementaires de l'armée américaine sont remarquablement conservés et très nets : Grenade enflammée (Ordnance Bomb — Département de l'Armement U.S.) Tête d'aigle (Poinçon de contrôle militaire WWI) Chiffre "26" (Matricule de l'inspecteur d'État-major) Lettres "U.S." bien visibles sous la tête d'aigle.
