Aujourd'hui, la Maison Denoix, soucieuse de maintenir les traditions du terroir, relance la fabrication de la fameuse moutarde violette.DégustationCette moutarde de Brive est donc préparée à partir de moût de raisin, ce qui lui confère cette couleur si caractéristique, ainsi que sa saveur douce et fruitée tant convoitée.
