| Beschreibung Gurtfüllapparat zu MG11. Messingguss. Vgl. Mariotti - Unser Maschinengewehr -1936, S. 20: Der Gurtenfüllapparat dient zum gleichmäßigen und raschen Füllen sowohl der Stoff-, wie der Metallgurte. Seine Hauptteile sind: Das Gestell, mit der Schraubzwinge; der Fülltrichter, mit dem Leitkanal; die Vorrichtung zum Schalten der Gurte und diejenige zum Schieben der Patrone. Beide Vorrichtungen erhalten die Bewegung von der umlegbaren Handkurbel aus durch Vermittlung der Schubstange. Als Zubehör ist beigegeben die Gurtenahle zum Oeffnen geschlossener Schlaufen der Stoffgurte. Zwei Mann bedienen den Gurtenfüllapparat: Der eine dreht mässig schnell und mit Gefühl die Kurbel, bereit, bei jeder Hemmung sofort zu halten, um die wertvolle Gurte nicht zu beschädigen. Er sorgt für richtigen Einzug der leeren und für freien Ablauf der gefüllten Gurte und hebt etwaige Hemmungen. Der andere füllt den Trichter und sorgt für ununterbrochene Patronenzufuhr im Leitkanal. Im Gurtenfüllapparat beschädigte Patronen sind auszumerzen. Sie ergeben Ladestörungen. |
