| Description: |
| Aimpoint Micro H-2 2 MOA with Standard Weaver / Picatinny Mount Overview The Aimpoint Micro H-2 2 MOA with Micro Standard Mount for Weaver / Picatinny rails is a second-generation compact reflex red dot sight. This ready-to-mount configuration combines a compact optic, a precise 2 MOA red dot, and a standard mount designed for compatible Weaver and Picatinny rails. The Micro H-2 is built for users seeking fast target acquisition, reliable performance in outdoor conditions, and a low-profile mounting solution. It is suitable for hunting, sport shooting, backup-optic use, and applications requiring a compact and versatile red dot sight. 2 MOA Red DotThe 2 MOA red dot offers a practical balance between fast target acquisition and fine aiming. It is suitable for rapid close-range shooting as well as applications requiring more precise point-of-aim reference. The sight operates at 1x, with no magnification and unlimited eye relief. Its operationally parallax-free design supports intuitive both-eyes-open use without requiring precise eye alignment behind the optic. Standard Weaver / Picatinny MountThis version includes the Micro Standard Mount for Weaver / Picatinny rails. It is designed for mounting on compatible Weaver and Picatinny rail platforms. Optical-axis height is 20 mm, measured from the top surface of the mounting platform. This low mounting height suits configurations that require the optic to sit close to the rail. Recommended torque between the mount and rail is 2.0 Nm / 18 in-lbs, using a Torx T10 tool. Recommended torque between the mount and sight is 1.35 Nm / 12 in-lbs, also using a Torx T10 tool. Optics and ProtectionThe Micro H-2 features improved lenses and anti-reflective coating on all surfaces, including multi-layer objective-lens coating. These elements are designed to optimize light transmission, red-dot shape, and dot clarity. Average light transmission is 60% from 420 to 700 nm. The light source is a 650 nm red LED, designed to be eye-safe under normal operating conditions. Transparent flip-up lens covers are included. They protect the lenses from dust and splashes while retaining usable visibility when the covers are closed. Battery Life and SettingsThe sight uses one CR2032 3 V lithium battery and provides up to 50,000 hours, or more than five years, of continuous operation on a single battery. A rotary switch provides 12 intensity settings for daylight and low-light conditions. This model is not compatible with night vision devices. Durability and UseThe Micro H-2 features a redesigned, reinforced housing intended for outdoor and demanding applications. It is submersible to 5 m / 15 ft. Its compact size and total weight of 130 g with mount make it a practical solution for hunting rifles, sport-shooting firearms, and platforms equipped with Weaver or Picatinny rails.
