Der Revolver hat den für die Zeit vor 1982 typischen Stiftzylinder und Laufschienen und ist in der 6-Zoll-Laufkonfiguration mit einem Square-Butt Griff und kleinen S&W Service-Plaketten. Die Waffe befindet sich in einem sehr guten Allgemein- und Funktionszustand.
