Das Modell 6591 gehört zur dritten Generation von Pistolen im Kaliber 9mmP, mit einem Magazin mit großer Kapazität (15 Schuss), traditioneller Doppelbetätigung, Hahnentspannungshebel am Verschluss und fester Visierung. Dieses Modell wurde 1990 in einer Auflage von weniger als 400 Stück hergestellt. Die Pistole ist neuwertig und wurde wahrscheinlich nie abgefeuert.
