Das Modell 66 ist die Edelstahlversion des Modells 19 und wird als ".357 Combat Magnum" beschrieben. Der vorgestellte Revolver wurde 1977 nach dem Buch "The Standard Catalog of S&W" hergestellt. Der angebotene Revolver ist in der "Service"-Version, mit einem 2,5-Zoll-Lauf, einem "Round-Butt"-Gehäuse, verstellbarer Kimme und dem kleinen S&W-Holzgriff.
