Die Scheide hat schon deutlichere Gebrauchsspuren, doch Mängel oder Beschädigungen kann ich daran nicht erkennen. Ich habe das Angebot nach bestem Wissen und Gewissen beschrieben - trotzdem gilt ausdrücklich: Privatverkauf ohne Gewährleistung, Umtausch oder Rücknahme. Lieferung erst nach Erhalt des vollen Kaufpreises zuzüglich Versandkosten. Das Versandrisiko trägt der Käufer und ich hafte nicht über etwaige Versicherungsleistungen des Versandunternehmens (DHL) hinaus. Verkauf in das Ausland nur nach meiner vorherigen Zustimmung und Nachweis seitens des Käufers, daß eine Lieferung dorthin überhaupt rechtens ist. Im Zweifelsfalle liefere ich nicht in das Ausland!
