Der Verkauf aller Waffen erfolgt erst nach Glaubhaftmachung aller erforderlichen waffenrechtlichen Voraussetzungen. Es handelt sich zum Teil um über hundertjährige Militärpistolen. Es gibt keinerlei Garantien. Auch verzichtet der Käufer mit seinem Gebot ausdrücklich auf Rückgabemöglichkeiten bzw. Regressforderungen. Die Waffen verfügen über keinen Neubeschuss. Daher werden sie auch nur einvernehmlich als Sammlerstücke (nicht Gebrauchswaffen!) angeboten. Zum Erwerb berechtigt sind lediglich Waffenhändler und Sammler. Eine Selbstabholung oder auch persönliche Besichtigung ist möglich und ausdrücklich gewünscht. Standort Schleswig-Holstein. Es geht um die abgebildete Waffe: Sauer & Sohn Mod 38 Sauer und Sohn Pistole im Kaliber 7,65, Lauf blank, Felder und Züge erkennbar, Nitrobeschuss Adler N. Die Waffe hat ein gleichmäßig gutes, aber grobes Finish. Außerdem ist auf der linken Schlittenseite lediglich das Kaliber eingeprägt. CAL. 7.65. Ich vermute, dass es sich um eine späte Kriegsfertigung handelt. |
