Die Montagevorrichtung, welche zum Patent angemeldet wurde, ist an den Visierkörper montiert, um den Rückstoß zu reduzieren. Mit 12 Helligkeitseinstellungen bietet das H-1 die ideale Leuchtpunktintensität bei Tages- und bei Dämmerlicht. Das Aimpoint ist mit einer Weavermontage ausgestattet.
