BeschreibungVierte Variante Neues Modell oder Modell 1910/34 - SN 401800-429000 (ca.) Modell 1910/34 - Modell 1934 Diese Variante wird von modernen Sammlern als Modell 1910/34 bezeichnet. Pender nennt sie 1910/34 Commercial. Trotz ihres etablierten Namens kam sie wahrscheinlich erst 1936 in 6,35 mm auf den Markt, aber die 7,65-mm-Version wurde bereits Anfang 1934 produziert, wo der Name sicherlich seinen Ursprung hat. Das Modell 1910/34 zeichnet sich durch seinen ergonomischen Griff mit gewölbter Rückseite aus, ist aber ansonsten praktisch identisch mit der Vorgängervariante. Der neue Griff wurde laut Wirnsberger von August Weiss entworfen, der 1930 von DWM zu Mauser-Werke kam und zum Leiter der Pistolenproduktion ernannt wurde. Darrin Weaver vermutet, dass die neue Griffform von der Nickl-Pistole übernommen wurde, aus der später die CZ-27 hervorging. Auf jeden Fall war Weiss der Meinung, dass die Taschenpistolen von Mauser etwas veraltet waren und eine Überarbeitung benötigten, sodass er sicherlich die Neugestaltung des Aussehens der Waffe beaufsichtigt hat.
