Daniel Defense MK18 Interface System RII Rail | 9.55″ | Schwarz – PicatinnyDas Daniel Defense Rail Interface System (RIS II) wurde auf Anfrage des United States Special Operations Command (SOCOM) für das SOPMOD II Programm entwickelt. SOCOM hatte eine spezielle Anforderung für eine frei schwimmende M203-Lösung und Daniel Defense reagierte darauf und entwickelte ein revolutionäres Produkt, um die Anforderungen der Regierung zu erfüllen. Das Daniel Defense RIS II ermöglicht es dem einzelnen Bediener, den M203-Granatwerfer ohne zusätzliche Teile frei schweben zu lassen. Ebenso wichtig ist, dass für die Montage des M203-Granatwerfers kein Spezialwerkzeug erforderlich ist. Dies wurde dadurch erreicht, dass alle für die Montage des M203 benötigten Teile in die Schiene selbst integriert wurden. Das Daniel Defense RIS II ist in Verbindung mit dem MK12 Low Profile Gas Block zu verwenden.
