| 270 WINCHESTER; 99% blue, excellent bore, excellent stock, 24'' barrel, Manufactured in 1951 This Model 70 is in excellent condition. The front sight is a ramped hooded beaded blade. The rear sight is missing. The receiver is factory drilled and tapped for scope mounts. The barrel is stamped with the two-line Winchester address WINCHESTER – MODEL 70 –270 WIN. The S/N is in the right side of the receiver. The left side of the receiver has WINCHESTER / TRADE MARK. The barrel and the receiver both have the Win. Proofs. The walnut stock is in excellent condition, it has a checkered forearm and wrist. It has sling swivels and the metal checkered buttstock., s/n 2038xx |
