| 22 Automatic; 65% blue, very good bore, excellent stock, 20'' barrel, Winchester Model 03 semi-automatic takedown rifle chambered for a .22 Win. Auto. Manufactured in 1920 It is numbers correct. The bore is very good. The finish on the barrel is very good, with slight patina . Some spotty corrosion on right side of barrel in front of forearm. The top of the barrel has the two line Winchester address and patent info. And the left side has MOD. 03 .22CAL AUTOMATIC / WINCHESTER / TRADE MARK US PAT. OFF. It has iron open sights. The receiver and forearm nose cap have considerable thinning overall and the carrying points. The buttplate has mild thinning, but no patina. The walnut stock is in excellent condition. The action performs well. Nice old Windchester., s/n 1072xx |
