| 7.62X54R; 60% blue, good bore, good stock, 28'' barrel, Manufactured in1916. This rifle has an original blued round barrel with a blade front sight and an elevation adjustable tangent rear sight. The receiver has thinned with moderate patina and the top of the chamber is stamped with, "7.62.M.M.". Receiver overall has wear with a 3-line address and patent info on left side. The upper tang is marked with, "MODEL 1895/WINCHESTER". Walnut stock and forend has very few mild nicks or scratches but has been cut in front of 2nd band. Bore has some minor corrosion. Includes leather sling, Winchester marked bayonet with scabbard that has mild patina, and leather frog. Buttplate contains an original multi-tool., s/n 3316xx |
