| 35 WCF; 95% blue, very good bore, very good stock, 24'' barrel, Manufactured in 1904. Original blue finish and fine checkered fancy walnut stock, forend with ebony tip. Shotgun butt with original hard rubber buttplate. Period sling hook rings on butt and barrel. Round barrel with original fixed front sight with silver blade, elevation adjustable rear sight with patent marking on the thumb slider. The receiver is fitted with a Lyman adjustable peep sight, marked "LYMAN'S PAT. JUNE 25.95". Hammer retains generous case color. The metal finish is uniform over all with some flaking on the upper tang and upper edge left side of the receiver. The metal has scattered minor handling marks and scratches. The original varnish finish on the wood shows some crazing, mainly on the buttstock. Mechanically excellent. The bore is clean with sharp rifling, showing a hint of frost throughout.
