| 22 Long Rifle; 75% blue, excellent bore, good stock, 27'' barrel, Single shot bolt action rifle manufactured 1934-1963. Original blue finish, plain walnut stock with finger groove forend. Standard Winchester markings, this example is also British proofed with commercial proofing and "NOT ENGLISH MAKE" marked on the right side of the barrel chamber. Ramped fixed front sight with hood attached, elevation adjustable rear sight, missing the thumb slider for adjustment. A slot has been cut thru the stock butt. The top of the barrel and chamber have two holes drilled and tapped with plug screws installed. Mechanically fine. C&R/FFL, s/n 613xx |
