| 32 WCF; 92% blue, poor bore, good stock, 24'' barrel, Manufactured in 1895. Blued finish round barrel and magazine tube. Two line Winchester address stamped on top. Fixed silver blade front sight, buckhorn elevation adjustable rear sight. Nickeled and custom engraved receiver and lever. Line cut relief with eagle on the left side and floral vine overall. Original walnut stock with crescent butt, hand carved decoration and coarse cut checkering. Lyman tang sight installed. Trigger and hammer have remains of gold plating on the sides. Stock has cracks at the toe, small crack on each side behind the frame and a crack along the left side of the upper tang. Bore is dark, rusty and worn. The barrel is bulged at the end of the chamber, right behind the rear sight. Antique., s/n 1201xx |
