| 45-90 Sharps (Straight); 83% blue, fair bore, good stock, 26'' barrel, Manufactured in 1890. Original blue finish and plain walnut stock with crescent butt. Octagon barrel with drift adjustable front sight, elevation adjustable rear sight. Stamped on top of the barrel with two line Winchester address. Model 1886 stamped on upper tang, and patent dated 1884 and 1885 in two lines on lower tang. Barrel is a rich plum while receiver has grayed. Stock has mild handling/storage wear while forend has a crack on right side and a large sliver out of left side. Bore is frosted with mild pitting. Antique., s/n 580xx |
