| 38-40 Winchester; 20% blue, Poor bore, Poor stock, 20'' barrel, Made in 1892. Dust cover. Saddle ring. Blade front sight with folding leaf rear. Wood shows lots of wear. There is a chip of wood missing on the left side of the tang. Left side of buttstock has the largest areas of dents and gouges. Reciever and barrel have lost a majority of their finish and there is minor pitting throuighout. What finish is left has turned a gray/brown patina. Curved metal buttplate. Full length magazine. Front barrel band is missing its cross-screw., s/n 244xxB |
